కంటి కింద నల్లటి వలయాలు ఎందుకు వస్తాయంటే.. నిద్రలేమి, అలసట, ఒత్తిడి వంటి సమస్యల వలన వస్తాయి. ముఖ్యంగా చెప్పాలంటే ఉద్యోగాలు చేసేవారి కళ్లు కూడా అలానే ఉంటాయి. ఈ సమస్య నుండి ఉపశమనం లభించాలని... బయట దొరికే క్రీమ్స్, ఫేస్‌ప్యాక్స్ వాడుతుంటారు. వీటిని ఉపయోగించినా కూడా ఎలాంటి ప్రయోజనం లేదు.. అయితే వీటికి బదులుగా ఈ చిట్కాలు పాటిస్తే కలిగే లాభాలేంటో చూద్దాం..
 
కీరదోసలోని యాంటీ ఆక్సిడెంట్స్ కంటి ఆరోగ్యానికి చాలా మంచిది. ఇవి కంటి చూపును మెరుగుపరచడమే కాకుండా నల్లటి వలయాలను కూడా తొలగిస్తాయి. అదేలా అంటే.. కీరదోసను చిన్న చిన్న ముక్కలుగా కట్ చేసుకుని మెత్తని పేస్ట్‌లా తయారుచేసుకోవాలి. ఈ మిశ్రమంలో కొద్దిగా పెరుగు, నిమ్మరసం కలిపి కంటి కింద రాసుకోవాలి. అరగంట తరువాత చల్లని నీటితో శుభ్రం చేసుకోవాలి. ఇలా రోజూ క్రమంగా చేస్తే.. నల్లటి వలయాలు పోతాయి. 
 
ఉల్లిపాయ పొట్టులోని విటమిన్స్ చర్మ ఆరోగ్యానికి మంచి ఔషధంగా పనిచేస్తుంది. ఈ పొట్టును పేస్ట్‌లా తయారుచేసి అందులో కొద్దిగా ఆలివ్ నూనె, కలబంద గుజ్జు కలిపి ముఖానికి రాసుకోవాలి. 20 నిమిషాల తరువాత గోరువెచ్చని నీటితో శుభ్రం చేసుకోవాలి. ఇలా తరచుగా చేస్తే నల్లటి వలయాలు పోతాయి. తద్వారా ముఖం తాజాగా మారుతుంది. 
 
ఆపిల్ తొక్కలోని ఇఫ్లమేటరీ గుణాలు కంటి చూపును మెరుగుపరచుటకు సహాయపడుతాయి. ఈ తొక్కలను మెత్తని పేస్ట్‌లా చేసి కొద్దిగా ఉప్పు, చక్కెర, మీగడ, కొబ్బరి నూనె కలిపి ముఖానికి ప్యాక్ వేసుకోవాలి. గంట పాటు అలానే ఉంచుకోవాలి. ఆ తరువాత కడిగేసుకుంటే ముఖం కోమలంగా మారుతుంది. నల్లటి వలయాలు కూడా తొలగిపోతాయి. 
 
కాకరకాయలోని విటమిన్ ఎ, విటిమిన్ బి6 చర్మ తాజాదనం కోసం బాగా పనిచేస్తాయి. దీనితో జ్యూస్‌లే చేసి ఆ మిశ్రమంలో కొద్దిగా ఉప్పు కలిపి కంటి కింద రాసుకోవాలి. 30 నిమిషాల తరువాత చల్లని నీటితో శుభ్రం చేసుకోవాలి. ఇలా చేస్తే ముఖ చర్మ మృదువుగా మారుతుంది. ముఖం కాంతివంతంగా ఉంటుంది
