కావలసిన పదార్దాలు- 
గుడ్లు-రెండు,
టమోటా- రెండు,
ఉల్లిపాయ- ఒకటి,
పచ్చిమిర్చి- నాలుగు,
కొత్తిమీర- ఒక కట్ట,
పసుపు- చిటికెడు,
ఉప్పు- తగినంత,
నూనె- సరిపడా.
 
తయారుచేసే విధానం-
టమోటాని సన్నగా చక్రాల్లా కోసి పెట్టుకోవాలి. చక్రాల మధ్యలోని టమోటా గింజల్ని తీసేయాలి. ఒక గిన్నెలో గుడ్డు సొన వేసుకోవాలి. అందులో సన్నగా తరిగిన ఉల్లిపాయ ముక్కలు, పచ్చిమిర్చి ముక్కలు, పసుపు, ఉప్పు వేసి బాగ కలపాలి. స్టౌ మీద పెనం పెట్టి సరిపడా నూనె పోసి బాగా కాగాక ఆమ్లెట్ వేసుకోవాలి. 
 
దానిపైన టమోటా ముక్కల్ని వరుసగా పెట్టి కొద్దిగా లోపలికి నొక్కాలి. వీటిపై కొత్తిమీర తుురము కూడా వేయాలి. టమోటా ముక్కలు ఆమ్లెట్‌కి అతుక్కునేదాక సన్నని మంటపై వేగనివ్వాలి. రెండవ వైపు కూడా కొద్దిగా వేగినాక దిచేయాలి. ఎంతో రుచిగా ఉండే టమోటా ఆమ్లెట్ రెడీ........
